New Product Launches
This month saw the introduction of two “Eat Smart” products; oat coated mackerel and prawn cocktail.
The "Eat Smart& prawn cocktail consists of cooked and peeled Atlantic prawns in a reduced fat seafood dressing that contains 50% less fat compared to the standard Morrisons prawn cocktail.
Oat coated mackerel is our second "Eat Smart" product to launch with Morrisons. This product is labelled "Eat Smart" because mackerel is naturally high in Omega-3. The mackerel fillets are coated in a crispy lemon and pepper breadcrumb with added oatmeal.
