Cheesy plaice with garlic and herbs

(Serves 1)

Ingredients:

Cheesy plaice with garlic and herbs
  • 170g plaice or lemon sole fillets, fresh or defrosted, skinned
  • 30g soft goat's cheese with garlic or herbs
  • 2 cherry tomatoes, quartered.

Method:

  1. Preheat the grill.
  2. Place the fillet on a piece of foil or in a suitable dish. Spread the cheese on the fish and add the tomatoes.
  3. Cook under a moderate heat for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Serve on a bed of salad.
